PT1.  ---  Production Time
Stock colors: ready in stock, can be shipped within one week after order placed.
Custom colors: made by new lot, estimated produciton time is 25-30days after color approved.
PT2. ---  Delivery Info
Pls make sure the delivery address and Telephone No. is correct when you sign up on website.
PT3.  ---  Shipping Option
Sample: ship via express, like FedEx or TNT, usually it takes 3-5 days to most countries.
Bulk:ship via express or boat, usually bulk order take 5-7days by express shipping, 30-40days for boat shipping
PT4.  ---  Tracking
The tracking will be offered as soon as the package sent out.
PT5.  ---  Urgent or Special needs
If you need something special or in a hurry, please let us know and we would be more than happy to accommodate you!
PT6.  ---  Tax and Duties
We always value low to help customs avoid tax or save tax for sample and bulk order.
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, when it happens.

Stock Color:
We offer color card($5 per card) so customer can check the colors in person, if customer need sample to check the quality, small sample is free, sample meter price is $10/m.

Custom Color:
You can advise the color code from Pantone book, or send us the color standard sample for reference.
Lab Dip making time: 5-7days, bulk production time: 25-30days after L/D color approved.

Custom Fabrics :
Our fabrics are all available for dying with low MOQ(300kg per color).
We can supply and dye according to your fabric sample, upon your approval
Various fabric ranges are sellable.

Please note that cut lengths of fabrics and sewing trims cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and bulk orders are not refundable unless faulty.
