At Facto, we are committed to providing high-quality custom print fabrics and products with exceptional service. Our process is designed to ensure that every order is handled efficiently, from the moment you place it to the final shipment. Turnaround Time
Production time varies depending on order quantity and factory capacity. Typical turnaround times are as follows:
Wholesale Orders: Production is usually completed within 2-4 weeks.
Chinese New Year Notice: Our factory is closed from mid-January to early February. Orders placed during this period will be processed after we resume operations.

Shipping Options
Express Shipping: 5-7 days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Standard Postage: 2-4 weeks or longer, depending on the destination country.
Sea Freight: Approximately 30 days for bulk shipments (contact us for details).
